With all the talk about a double dip housing recession we are EXTREMELY luck here in Raleigh NC. According to Case-Shiller housing price index Raleigh NC is stable and slightly growing.

What does all this mean? Home prices will start to climb here in Raleigh and surrounding areas. Buyers looking to find the best deals on LOW how prices missed out. The Bottom here in Raleigh was LAST YEAR.

Prices have going up slightly here in the Raleigh Area. There are still many great home buying “deals” to had. However, dont expect to make the offer 20% less the the list price. The sellers will laugh at you. Home prices are for the most part appropriate priced for our current market here in the Raleigh NC area.

This is the time to buy that NEW Home to get the best price and best interest rates.
